I have been a client of Telus Mobility since 2007. Recently. TELUS switched to paperless billing and at the same time my monthly bills doubled. As a result, I started to track data usage, switched to airplane mode, and stopped downloaded films. Notwithstanding, the excess charges continue unabated. I am now convinced that the problem is with the system TELUS uses to record data usage and downloads. I contacted the carrier, and the issue did not get resolved.
