Upper Crust

I eat here pretty much every day. Great place, great food, great service.

A great new place for the neighbourhood. I would never have stumbled upon it if my husband hadn’t read about it opening through a blog but it is definitely worth a trip. It is located in the medical building at the back (go through the Shoppers Drugmart). The husband had a chipotle chicken panini and I had a slightly altered roasted veggie panini with balsamic glaze and feta. The owner was happy to accommodate my food sensitivities with suggested alterations and we were both incredibly happy with our hot delicious sandwiches. Everything looked tasty and I cannot wait to go back to trie several of the other sandwiches on the menu (and breakfast too of course). The prices are reasonable and the portions are plentiful (I brought half of my sandwich home for lunch #2 later that afternoon). If you live or work in centretown, this will be your new favourite sandwich spot! Apparently they also do catering and call ahead takeout orders.
