Wunderkammer

Well I’ll be. This place is FANTASTIC. It’s a genius mix of eclectic pieces, art, jewellery, pieces for making or enhancing your own jewellery, scarves and really everything in between. Wunderkammer means «wonder room» in German, and it is a wonder room… and a half.
They had a really good mix of pieces that were more affordable, ranging up to some higher priced necklaces, rings etc. It looked too like they had a number of local and Canadian artists which is always a good find.
I must have spent a good 10 minutes trying on every different circle (infinity? What’s the difference) scarf I could find, so if you are in the mood for a new, reasonably priced (ranged from about $ 16 to $ 40) circle (infinity?) scarf look no further than Wunderkammer.
It is worth taking a few minutes to look through the whole store and then … look through the whole store again because you’ll most likely need it.
I found an adorable necklace that I settled on but could have easily walked out with 10 or 12 pieces.
This place would be a great place for gifts for people, new pieces to enhance your collection or simply inspiration. Check it.

Anyways drop by Wunderkammer! A local jewelry and gift shop for women. They carry some neat and unique items that aren’t mass produced *ahem* *cough* crappy Peoples *cough*. A lot of the pieces are made by the store owners and they also carry pieces from around the world. Drop by, check it out and see some of the very cool pieces.
Staff are super friendly and will help you locate items even if they’re not in store :)
