BUYER BEWARE! Great customer service UNTIL they have your money.
Bought a 1200 $ sofa there last year. Was very satisfied by the customer service at the time of purchase.
When we started having problems in the first 6 months (arms became loose, sofa colour was bleeding out on walls, among other things) the company was extremely reluctant to do anything for us. The owners of the business, were rude, condescending and even threatened to take me to court for the issue. I was and still am in shock that a company, would have such horrible customer service, from the owners nonetheless.
After over several months of back and forth emails (I’ve sent over 50 emails to them, called them several times, even went out of my way to go to the store because I wasn’t getting the responses in the promised time frame) I was finally able to convince them after all this that after sale service was as important than selling the item in the first place. They agreed to exchange the sofa, when came time to pick out the new sofa, they had changed their minds and asked us to «split» the cost with them. They asked for 800 $ for a sofa that retails for 1500 $. I felt insulted they thought I was so naïve to think that they actually paid more than 800 $ for that specific sofa.
After another good dozen emails they «agreed» to send someone to our house to repair the obviously defective sofa. 4 months later and the repair guy still «isn’t getting back to them»
Now a year later, I have moved to another city and my hopes to resolve this matter diminish every day. I am floored they are still in business and hope this short story will inform people to stay away and go with a company with a reputation to uphold, because they obviously don’t care about theirs.

As an update, the media console was delivered Saturday as planned. However, it required assembly.
Elie and Jamil, the owners, really went out of their way and came after they closed on Monday to assemble and placed the giant piece of furniture where I wanted it.
I am very pleased with my purchase. It’s beautiful and modern. It’s one of the only consoles I saw that could actually hold records in a closed cabinet.
I’m also very pleased with the excellent customer service I received. The brothers really go out of their way to make sure that you are happy with their store.
I would go back there again, and would recommend them.
