Wow, one of my new favourite restaurants. Not pretentious just seriously delicious food in a nice environment. I wish I lived in Pemberton so I could eat here more often.

We stopped in for lunch on our way back home to WA. I had read about the juice bar when we were up at Bralorne and was excited to try out a juice, vegan and gluten free shop on our way home. The two waitresses/chefs were very accommodating to us and the two kiddos. They were out of tortilla wraps but easily made the kids grilled cheese sandwiches and blueberry, banana, dates and almond milk smoothies. The kids ate up the food like it was a treat! Hubby had the pulled pork and the soup of the day I went for the soup and salad mix. I thought the soup could have used a little more pizzazz. It was good but need a kick of spice. The salad was scrumptious and I loved the almond croutons. So creative. The place was so homey and comfortable, I wished we had something like it in seattle. We desperately need more vegan and juice shops!

We were up in Pemberton playing golf. This establishment looked interesting from Unilocal reviews. We’re not really pub people. We weren’t disappointed. I had the salmon on a potato pancake with fresh, local greens and cucumber thinly sliced. It was a perfect, light lunch. My friend had the Green curry with Forbidden Black Rice. Very good and unexpected for a small town like Pemberton. The«Root Beer» was delicious. I had a cold press coffee with almond milk. Also good. We went back up the next day for a bike ride. I had the Green curry. It could have used a little more flavor but was still an excellent, simple lunch selection. My friend ordered the Green Curry wrap. He had to ask for some of the curry sauce to add as it didn’t seem at all like the curry dish. It was all fresh and tasty though. We had a couple of their health elixirs which were both yummy. I think they were training a new server the second day as she wasn’t as knowledgable. Service friendly and nice in any case. For a healthy, flavorful lunch, this is a perfect spot.

We’ve just finished the first course of salmon on a potato pancake with zucchini and dill and red onion accompaniment. Delicious! Visiting chef from Toronto.

The food was okay, but the waitress was so focused on the birthday group next to us that she screwed up our order, brought the wrong drink and didn’t add chicken to the curry. She never brought water. We had to ask the front for it. Then we finished without ever being asked if we needed anything or if everything was okay. Honestly, the ‘curry’ was more of a stew and could have used that chicken or hot sauce at the very least. I appreciate that there is a place that accommodates allergies like this place, but I walked away disappointed. If you have food allergies or want a healthy alternative, it’s probably still your best option.

The food, absolutely delicious. We recently stopped by the restaurant after a recommendation from someone in Whistler. Pemberton is about a 30 minute drive north of Whistler, and absolutely breathtaking scenery on the way there. Pemberton itself is small, there is a community barn, a few hotels and a supermarket and not much else. But the town sits in an area in BC where the snow capped mountains surround it, wildflowers grow on the side of the road and the air is so pure and invigorating that you feel removed from any stress. You have to go! Solfeggio has an amazing(and such sweet) staff, they got us in on Valentines day for the second seating. That day they had a 4 course, fixed menu. The first item was oysters which I don’t tend to eat. They were raw with a bit of pomegranate squeezed on, lemon, and a mildly spicy pepper. The flavor was amazing. Their menu consists of locally farmed food, farm to table: apples, bison, oysters, blueberries, you name it and they usually source from the local farmers. Everything on the menu comes either from Pemberton itself or nearby. They also offer some amazing non-alcoholic drinks. Call ahead to figure out hours of operation, the waitress mentioned they offer lunch as well, not sure if they’re open everyday though and you definitely don’t want to miss an opportunity at this restaurant.

My husband and I visited Pemberton for the first time this past weekend and were blown away by what we had at Solfeggio. What we had for lunch was so good that we went back for breakfast the next day. Incredibly delicious salad, fish tacos and breakfast wrap, and the drinks were all so good as well(I mean, matcha tea with lavender?! Ridiculously yummy). We could tell a lot of thought went into every dish and drink and appreciated that. Thank you for showing the hubby how delicious healthy food can be. We will be back!

Loved this place. Outstanding service, food and atmosphere rout on the deck. Server was a gem and we were totally blown away be the quality of the food. The owners came by and they were totally charming, humble and hard working. Can’t wait to go back! Our friends were in tow visiting from SF, Cali and were equally impressed.

Awesome experience at Solfeggio! The service was outstanding and the menu was both unique and incredible. The eatery’s claim to fame is its fresh, local menu that’s primarily gluten-free and vegan. While I understand that such features can turn a lot of people off, Solfeggio can make a believer out of anyone with their food. My husband and I recently visited on «$ 5 Friday» for cheap appetizers and beers. I was thrilled to be served up Omission gluten-free beer from Portland — in a bottle — for only $ 5. We picked several items off the menu, including fish tacos, black bean sliders and poutine. Everything was beautifully presented, filling and more delicious than the dish before it. We finished our meal with raw, vegan, gluten-free banana«cream» pie for dessert and it left us both speechless. Consider that, coming from my meat-and-carb-loving husband. My only wish list item for Solfeggio would be a better outdoor dining arrangement. I love eating outside but the«tables» consisted of stacked pallets with wooden benches for seating. Most of the tables were designed to facilitate groups, so our intimate dining experience unfortunately included another couple close by and sore tushies from the wooden seating. I’m all about reusing and upcycling, but the outdoor seating could definitely benefit from a bit of thoughtful TLC. :-) Either way, Solfeggio will no doubt be a regular spot for us on our trips to Pemberton! P. S. The service completely rocked! Super, super nice and knowledgeable staff were always on hand to help us out.

My partner and I were staying just outside of Whistler, intent on getting a few nights’ peace over the holidays. The host of our bed and breakfast gave us a list of restaurants to try, and Solfeggio was on that list. She hadn’t been there, but she’d heard good things. I hope that my review will continue to help people hear the very good things that are going on inside of Solfeggio. To begin, I am a carnivore and my partner is a vegetarian. It is sometimes hard for us to eat out in small communities, as restaurants often cater well to the one group or to the other, but not always to both. Just the night before, as an example, we had eaten at The Pony. I had elk medallions and spinach spaetzle. Simply amazing! My partner asked for vegetarian macaroni and cheese. It came with bacon. When the correction was made and a new plate was brought, it was clear from the taste of the dish that it was never meant to be served without the bacon. It wasn’t seasoned to be vegetarian. But we didn’t have that problem at Solfeggio! Everything we had was delicious. I didn’t even end up getting a carnivore-based dish(and they do have them), yet I walked away fully satisfied. The sweet potatoes and locally harvested morels were hearty without being heavy. My partner had a stew(I think it was simply called Moroccan stew), and I sampled from it enough to say that it, too, was fully flavored and satisfying, without being overly spiced. Even the cocktails(yes, they’ve got them too at this healthy restaurant!), were interesting and amazing. I had a «kombucha collins». It came in a Mason jar. It surprised me pleasantly from all sides. Another amazing thing about this restaurant is not just the experience of and the food within the establishment, it’s also how my partner and I felt an hour later and an hour later and an hour later. We left full, but we did not experience any crash or desire to loosen the pants a notch or nap during the movie. There’s something in the way the chef designed and prepared this fresh, minimally processed/cooked food that felt so good from the first bite to the to the next morning’s memories.

This place is a gem. Very clean and a hip, laid back aesthetic. Great architecture and a lovely crew. Now for the food. Freshly squeezed juices made from organic fruits and vegetables that change with the seasons. Incredible non-dairy smoothies using house-made almond milk. Kombucha and fresh young coconut water available as well. Delicious lunch menu that reads today; Pemberton vegetable linguini, Mexi quinoa bowl, Malaysian chicken curry, etc. I highly recommend this place for morning smoothies and juices, followed by great, thoughtful lunches.
