Jump was cancelled short notice, two days prior, due to plane maintenance. We were super bummed-out since accommodations were already booked and we were looking forward to skydiving. We asked if they would consider giving us a discount towards our next/first jump. Manager contacted us and said booking accommodation was not necessary. Many of their customers drive up from The Lower Mainland for the 9:00am jump. Understandably events happen out of their control which require short-notice cancelations. It would have been nice for the manager to have been more sympathetic to our unique situation since we had planned a weekend around skydiving.
