Unfortunately, when ownership of this restaurant changed hands a year ago, the new owners refused match the level of service, quality and taste that Reli, the founder, had built. It’s really sad to see a great place go down hill so quickly. I can no longer recommend this restaurant.

A little breakfast and lunch place close to the Canadian Canoe Museum. We arrived for a late lunch, which is too bad because it would appear that their signature dish is a massive breakfast plate featuring bacon and ham and sausages and eggs and french toast and toast. A meat lovers’ plate cuts the french toast and doubles down on the meat. But I didn’t feel like breakfast at 2:00, so had the soup of the day(broccoli) and a BLT wrap. The soup was OK but ordinary. The BLT wrap was heavy on the«L» and added a generous dose of grated cheese — but didn’t really do it for me. My wife had a tuna sandwich — again OK but nothing spectacular, along with some delicious home fries. It was a rather cool day, but the air conditioning was still set to MAX, so the place was pretty chilly. I don’t think I’ll go back.

I’ve been looking for a nice breakfast place in Peterboro for years, and came across this place almost by accident. I had a spicy Southwestern burrito, which was absolutely delicious. the potatoes were nicely spiced and cooked to crisp perfection. My wife had the special, and the kids had different things from the children’s menu. It all came quick and hot. Despite the fact that it was a crowded Sunday brunch, service was excellent and pleasant. I’ve been back once since and it was just as excellent. Consider the GPS set.
