Crystal Nails

Not much to say … had a pedicure here 3 weeks ago… was in so much pain for the first few days… still pain in one of my toes…3 weeks later… The lady that did my toes was really rough. When I told her it was painful she said it was my fault as it had been a few months since my last pedicure. Huh? … Needless to say I wont go back…

Absolutely worst experience at crystal nails at lougheed. Had shellac nails done and it was peeling and chipping by the end of the day. Next day when I went back to get it redone they charged me extra $ 10 dollars. If you dont want to waste your money and time dont go to crystal nails. They did not even have the courtesy to apologize.

I get my nails done by Shayla. She is the BEST!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I have tried so many nail salons and they are the best! Affordable and friendly I highly recommend this salon.

I have been here at least 10 times and I usually get the french pedicure or bubble gum pink nail polish. There is not anything different or unique about this place but my nails always come out looking nice.
Not expecting the ultimate spa experience for $ 35 however I get a pretty good foot and lower leg massage. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews for this place as the ladies here have always been nice. Then again they are a very busy place and its usually the unhappy people that are compelled to write.
Definitely give them a try for a pedicure. I have not tried them for any of the premium nail type services and that’s what the complaints seem to be about.

I went to this salon to get my previous gel nails removed and new shellac color put on with a manicure. I ended up with cuts on my two fingers and the shellac job that looks like a 2 year old had done! And for the manicure part well if putting lotion on my hands is considered a manicure then ya I got one! Waste of my money and time! Left the salon with a headache!

Went here to get a set of solar nails. They were pretty and the girl was okay but in ten days 1 of my nails broke right off and 2 days later another one broke. I have never had this problem after such a short period of time. Told them and they told me to come in and get a new set at full cost or ten dollars a nail to fix.

I went for my first pedicure and the last was really nice. She made me feel very comfortable and it was a really good experience. Then she convinced me to get my nails done. Ive only ever had gel nails and I got acrylic instead this time. Really good job except their were bubbles in the tip and by buffing them, the got pockets. So now I have dirty spots on my nails that won’t go away. Also their scissors aren’t sharp enough and I got lots of hang nails. But other than that it was pretty good! I went back as my first experience was good and got a fill with black tips. such a rip off! It cost me the same as my original set and they did all these extra stuff that cost extra and didn’t tell me! Not impressed. Going to another place– I am not paying $ 65 every 3 weeks to get my nails done.
