Dr. Charlene Howard is AMAZING! I first came to her suffering from Dysmenoria (extremely painful and disruptive periods with no medical explanation). Every cycle in order to cope and make it through work/​school/​life I would have to alternate between Advil and Tylenol every 4 hours for the first 3 days.
Dr. Charlene Howard listened carefully to everything I told her, did some quick and easy tests and then she found that my pelvis was very much out of alignment. After just 2 months of adjustments I went from needing high doses of pain medications for days in a row to needing only one or two advil for the first day of my period to help me to sleep.
I finally have real relief and it is all thanks to Dr. Charlene’s thorough and professional approach to chiropractic care! I would and do recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health!
