Clean, neat. Attentive staff.
Beef & flank phở: rare beef wasn’t rare at all by the time I got my phở. Broth was well flavored and vermicelli cooked perfectly. I’ll take a rare beef phở only next time as flank didn’t go appropriately in this.
They accommodated my ask to remove pork from the rice paper rolls which was appreciated.
For a phở fix I personally prefer another place in Vancouver !

A close 4-​star, actually, I’ll be back when I’m in the area. No doubt, not much choice in this area.
For some strange reason, the décor isn’t as authentic as the ones back in Vancouver, I kinda like the noisy, cluttered, even hole in the wall; this one’s too clean haha.
Ordered the beef ball noodle phở soup, as pic shows, this is an incredible amount of beef balls PLUS the quality of these puppies are amazing. Fresh, even a hint of cilantro or some herb in there. And this was only the small size! Next time, I’ll need to add the tripe/​tendon. But the broth to me, pretty average, which could be a good thing, lack of MSG.
In terms of value for noodles, this was more than sufficient.
Reason for my disappointment with the vermicelli dishes, and why I went the soup route, is they don’t offer my favourite condiments, the shallots and chopped peanuts. Guess a different market.

Walked in and noticed we were the only people inside the restaurant. First things first, it is SO clean here! Utensils are nicely polished. I swear even the napkin dispenser was polished! The phở was very fresh and yummy. The rice plate was also very good! Spring rolls and the lemongrass chicken roll is to die for. Overall great experience! Recommend.

I came her with my husband on a chilly November night– perfect Phở night! The service was very good and friendly. I ordered the Chicken Phở which was delicious. It’s all about the broth and the broth was so flavourful. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return.

They screwed up me and my wife’s order. They then wouldn’t fix it because they say this is what I ordered. I pointed at what I wanted and she gave me a different dish. Then this other table complained that they ordered extra meat in their soup and never got it. They fixed their order. Never going back.
