How does a McD’s get so low ratings? The bathroom was very very filthy, staff act like they want to kill themselves, no customer service and they ran out of BBQ sauce for my nuggets really?

Had a poor service here before with a rude manager. In the past you could print coupons from McDonald’s official website. I went there with the printed coupons and the manager asked me where did I get the printouts from. I told her that it’s an official coupons that everyone could(and allowed) to print as stated on the McDonald’s website. The manager impolitely told me that they were fake. She refused to accept the coupons, told me to leave and warned me not to use those printouts. I was so embarrased. I then drove to another McDonald’s near Tom Lee on Barnet and their staff just accepted the copies of the coupons. This place is not so clean as well even though it’s just a very small one. I had never gone back to this McDonald’s again b/c of the rude staff, services provided and the environment.

No joke. Every time I go to this location and I order the Angus burger and ask for extra pickles and onions they take everything off except pickles and onions. And when I tried to tell them that this has happened a number of occasions I get a huge attitude from the manager M. This location gets a huge fail.

I came through drive through to grab a somewhat healthy snack wrap. 4 to be exact for 2 of us. I asked for a glass of water also and when they didn’t have ready I asked again. I was told they charge .25 cents for this. I paid and though I will never come here again as how cheap is that. I understand there is a cost associated with people asking for this but it’s not like I didn’t order anything. This is first Mcds that has charged for this.

Well, it is a newer façade but small and if you have a criminal record, you may not want to drop by, just 20 steps from Port Moody police station LOL. 3 booth seating. High table seating along the sides. You can get the Hot Wheels cars now. Just got a double double. But need to get buzzed in the washrooms. open til 11pm.

There isn’t anything to say about the food, it is very typical McDonald’s. The rating is purely about service. It is slow, consistently over many months. The last two times I have been given pies for my time. Mind you I was the only car in the drive though and this was early evening. I have experience the same ultra slow service inside several times. I have had other locations take half the time this one does and apologize for the wait. I actually will drive out of my way to the next closest location in Coquitlam because it is faster to do so!
