It looks like some other people who left reviews here didn’t have a good experience but I’m always a little skeptical when I see one or two star reviews, some people just love to complain. So I gave this shop a chance and I’m glad I did. I got great value on a beautiful bouquet for my moms birthday. The staff are friendly and relaxed. The shop feels calm and smells like cedar and flowers which I enjoyed. I’ll be back

First day in Vancouver for the very first time and after arriving in the city had to go visit my teacher whom I haven’t seen for many many years. I didn’t know where to buy her flowers. I asked the concierge at the hotel but he wasn’t much of a help. So I randomly stopped a guy in the street and asked him if he knew of a good flower shop near by and he recommended these guys. I am so glad he did! They were nice and welcoming (like all the people I met in Vancouver of course) and also very helpful. I was afraid that they gonna charge me a lot, but they only charged me for the each bouquet I bought and the arrangement was free. Anyways I highly recommend them both because of their attitude and customer service and their vast variety of flowers.

So I stopped in to buy my girlfriend flowers on feb 05, bought a vase and flowers for 71.68, she had to throw them away 7 days later, now I’ve bought her my fair share of flowers, so I called the florist and spoke to a polite lady who said that that was about right. That they don’t Carry the «cheap flowers «that last a long time. Now I may be an idiot (clearly Cuz I buy her flowers all the time), but that seems to be a contradiction… So I pay more, but they will die right away !!! Really? where do I sign up? . To their credit, they were beautiful flowers, but keep in mind, that she didn’t throw them away till they absolutely needed to be, I work hard for my money, and won’t be back to such a «high end «florist, I’ll stick to a «low end «place west van florist, who’s flowers are better and last longer !

Unreliable florist. Do not use them.
I am from New York, this florist is referred by my friend in Vancouver. My uncle who lived there passed away recently so I need to send some flowers from my family for his Funeral. I have ordered 5 arrangements in total. I have a very disappointed experience with Vivio Flowers and I also wrote them a Complaint. Patricia Navarro who took my order on phone and via email is not responsible. I had requested my order to arrive on a Monday as the Funeral Service was at noon the following day. I found out later that the order arrived late on Tuesday morning which created some inconvenience for my uncle’s family. Patricia did not inform me at all about the lateness. Also she promised to send me pictures for the flowers but I never have it. I have no way to know what she had sent, I paid CAD550 total, not cheap.
The delay of the flowers showed no respect for a saddened family. Those flowers are for my deceased uncle’s Funeral Service, the «One and only one». I had asked for their refund but they did not response.
