I’ve been living in the Red Deer Health Region for quite some time now and can honestly say that I have had a mixed bag of experiences. Some good, some bad. However, the my poor experiences have far outweighed the bad. I guess I’ve been lucky to have a compassionate and respectful doctors. When I come with a concern whether it be due to being ill or for a routine check up, my family doctor(within Sylvan) has always been extremely helpful, referring me to other resources and doctors when needed. I am fully made aware of the sources available to me within his office and within the community and in Red deer. My only beef I have with the office is that it is very busy and hard to do a drop-in when it is necessary. Without going into an entire synopsis of my entire medical history, I am neither a senior, disabled or have health problems. This health region has a great community of doctors, nurses and medical professionals. This is a great health region. Unilocal 30 Day Challenge: 17⁄30
