Drinks? Dranks? Drunk? This place can all make that happen. This LCBO, although lacking ample parking, deserves the full four stars.(But then again, any place selling wine does, eh?) This LCBO is not the largest and certainly not the newest, but since it’s so close to me, my gym, and my favourite grocery store to shop at, it deserves a high five. I’m always here(ok, not always. I’m not an alcoholic, I swear) and I think this place has a larger selection of wine than anywhere else. Cheap wine too. Perfect. Honestly, I could spend all day wandering the isles of wine, reading all the descriptions, admiring the pretty labels and just loving life. This LCBO also has a bunch of other liquor as well, but lacking in the coolers/beer selection– usually LCBOs have a huge cooling room where it feels like winter in summer and offers a wide selection of beer from around the world. Not this one though, and that’s why it lost a star. Customer service is also great here, and the workers are extremely nice and patient. They also seem to be a lot more approachable, when I’m asking them to locate something for me. Will I be returning? Is it embarassing if I say I want to go now?

When a store is all about booze, it gets 4.5 stars automatically. It’s muscle memory how quick I can score it, unless it’s the LCBO at Woodside Square. This one gets full 5 stars because of the courteous and well mannered staff. The rating certainly doesn’t shine, but I’ve been here long enough to know the staff and their rotations LOL meaning they have treated me well since I first came here many years ago. Or perhaps I’m a little buzzed right now. :)

This LCBO location improves a lot since my last visit. The beer selection is so much better now with a decent selection of local craft breweries and they have a bigger beer section too! I might drop by here more often to browse around. But here still lack selection of unique or special imported or local beers compare to other locations!

This LCBO is just right off the 404. There is very limited parking, so some people either park further away from LCBO or in the handicap spots to make a quick grab. The employees are not friendly — as mentioned — and if you can’t find something, they won’t stop and ask if you need help, you’re stuck finding it yourself. This location does offer wine sampling. I’ve never sampled the wines but that’s a definite plus to this LCBO. 3⁄5

We stopped by LCBO on a Tuesday morning, not to pick up any liquor, but to pick up their free magazine — Food & Drink. We did take a spin around the store to see what it’s all about because the whole concept of only being able to buy your liquor at one store was just so foreign to us. It was really quite crowded because there was a potential strike of LCBO employees that was going to happen at midnight and everyone was at LCBO stocking up on their liquor in case it happened.
