McArthur Glen prides itself in creating an experience dir shoppers
This café is below substandard
There is NO service beyond taking your order regardless of a line up or not
The staff need to remember THE CUSTOMER PAYS YOUR WAGES
The scones are stale
The drinks are not consistent from one fay to the next–
You never get a «thank you» why would you you don’t even get a «hello»

Often dirty but it’s so busy the staff will tell you they can’t clean.
The drinks are never consistent.
They put zero money into making it look nice or even efficient
Long lines, no effort to increase speed of service. Mall had to force them to open at 8am… Common sense should have figured that out.

Located at the YVR outlet, the outside does look spectacular with an European twist. They offer basic coffee, tea, juices, and pastries such as scones and breads etc. There are some seating inside and outside available. Price and quality is fair.

It was just a panini and drinks but it was quite good. I had a grilled cheese with a San Pellegrino and a coffee. I enjoyed it. Even though it was really the only place to eat at the mall, I think I’d go back again next time.
