Keep an eye out at the cash. They tried to pass me counterfeit fives. When I refused them, they returned them to the till and gave me a proper ten. I guess they’ll try the next sucker.
Update:
Fresh bread arrives on Thursday. Get there at around 11:00 for best selection. Where else can you get a bag of 6-​Pita breads for $ 1-​buck?

A bag of pita bread is now $ 1.50…still a pretty good deal.

I bought some fresh fruits and veggies and sat at the St George’s park one weekend to work on my zine, write on my netbook and just lay on the grass and relax. It is one of the quieter parks and with a good turn around of fruit It was an awesome date. There were some fruit that were on sale that were on the age of expiration, however, very well ripe that it was perfect for smoothies. Customer service was decent.

Great place to drop by to pick up some fruits and veggies as well as other household goods. Lots of parking stalls available but it is shared among lots of other businesses in the complex so it can be hard to find a spot sometimes especially after 5pm on a weekday. Cashiers are fast which is great when you want to get in and out quickly.

I prefer the Fraser one, though both of them are cold, this one’s even colder!
Gala & Redlicious apples weren’t the greatest selection today but 99cents per gram ain’t too bad.
better parking here though.

I live near this location so I often come here to pick up last minute items. They have a good selection of dairy products (milk, whipping cream, butter, sour cream, buttermilk). They also have a decent selection of produce that is also reasonably priced although it’s not always the freshest. If there’s a chili that you can’t find at your usual supermarket, you’ll find it here.
If you’re cooking Indian food, they have everything you’d ever need. Spices, sauces, and chutneys, they have it.
