I priced at least 10 different locations in search of granite countertops with installation, an undermount sink and counter removal. My main request was a quote for the lowest priced granite as I wanted to keep the budget low. Houstone Granite offered the most competitive rates and provided me with several stone selections. The staff there is very knowledgable and helpful and know how to calculate measurements. I was able to take a few pieces home which made the selection process easier. I also got to view the samples in large slabs in the yard, which made it far easier to visualize. There was no pressure to buy any extras or to spend more than I wanted. When the counter was installed the installers had the job done in less than 1 ½ hours. They too were very professional and managed to remove my old counter without damaging the tile (phew). The measurements were as precise as possible and lined up with the fridge and stove with less than a mm to spare! Wow! The end result is AMAZING and the prices can’t be beat! Definately worth checking which is why I took the time to write the first review!
