Vancouver Handyman Services

Don’t know what happened to Robert. He came looked at the job and assured me he would do the most urgent part within a week and the remainder two weeks later. He never came and has not answered phone calls, emails or pleas. Just silence. A month later I am now looking for someone else. Cannot say he is good or bad just frustratingly unreliable.

Vancouver Handyman was a disappointing experience. As a homeowner, I was looking for someone to help me out and thought my prayers had been answered. I felt screwed around by other companies and was hoping that a helpful Vancouver Handyman was exactly what I needed.
Vancouver Handyman DID get back to me via email the next day, to turn me down without any further questions about my project and also making assumptions about what the job was without looking at it or asking more about it.
Vancouver Handyman told me they only did jobs that were 4 hours or less, despite what their website states. When I called them out on it, Vancouver Handyman replied that they only concentrate on commercial jobs — again, despite what their website states.
Please, if you don’t offer it, take it off your advertising. I’m expecting you to offer what you say you will.
I found my dealings with Vancouver Handyman to be very disappointing.

Well, I would like to be able to provide a positive review of this business. I would like to be able to provide any actual review at all. I cannot. It has been two weeks and I am still waiting for a call back!
To be fair:
— I was contacted almost immediately after I requested an online quote.
— My questions were answered.
— I said something like: Great! Call me anytime to set up an appointment!
No call … but I did say ‘anytime’ … maybe I will hear from them next week?
To be real:
I am unimpressed. Perhaps my job was too small? Unfortunate, as I was using it as a test case for many future jobs.
