I had a chance to taste some organic Italian Salt Spring Gelato at the Organic Islands Festival in Victoria today, and it was soooo amazingly good that I just had to get the word out! We tried the Vanilla Bean Gelato and Blueberry Sorbetto flavours, and they were both to die for. So much better than regular ice cream. Luckily, you don’t have to go to Salt Spring to get some: their products are sold in some Victoria stores, such as Country Grocer, Market on Yates, Root Cellar, etc, etc. Yummm!
