Blinds To Go

This was our 2^nd time (and 2^nd house) using blinds to go (and this particular location). Both times, we had excellent in-​store and installation service, and the blinds were ready very quickly. We just got the most basic type of blinds, but they served us very well. Furthermore, when one of our blinds broke off just as we preparing to sell our house (which 6 years after we had purchased the blinds), «Blinds to Go» gave us the part to fix it for free, and it was really easy for us to fix ourselves!
The gentleman who installed the blinds (associated with blinds to go) was absolutely awesome! (His name is Peter Kuryliw). He was punctual, quick, efficient, and very neat. It was obvious that he was very experienced and knew exactly what to do and how to do it.
The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the blinds we ordered this time ended up looking off-​white rather than white. The salesperson did tell us that the metal blinds would look more off-​white than the plastic blinds, but we didn’t realize how it would look until after they were installed.
Outside of this, we have had excellent experiences with «Blinds to Go,» and would highly recommend this store to anybody.

This location surprised me. I was served very quickly, and the sales associate was patient with me, answering all of my questions and providing various quotes to me. When I decided on the blinds I wanted, I was shocked that they were ready for pick up as soon as they were (about a couple of days). When I was installing the blinds myself, I realized the cords were too long (they were touching the floor). I quickly called the store and they told me to bring back the blinds. I thought that I would have to wait for the blinds to be sent back to the manufacturer, but I was surprised when the staff advised me that they would be able to fix the problem immediately in-​store! I was very impressed with the service, friendliness, and overall professionalism with the staff and store. If the cords were not too long, this would have been a 5 star experience. Regardless, I would definitely refer family and friends to this location.

I have been getting my blinds from Blinds To Go for years from various locations in the area.
The reason that Blind To Go is my «to go» place for my home decorating needs because I like their selections and they always try to keep up to the newest offering in the market.
Price wise of course is one of the reason. We did some price comparison with a few other window covering providers both independent, big box or even internet, Blinds To Go pricing always been the most competitive.
And of course able to view the exact products, trying out the mechanic and see the exact colour also make my shopping experience much better. The staff here is always really knowledgeable and patience with helpful recommendations.
Our blinds ready in 2 days and just waiting for the installer to put that up which our design consultant Sami set up for us!

We were in on Sunday and had three sets of blinds on Tuesday as promised. We were given top notch advice on what types of blinds would meet our needs the best, how to install and work around small problems one encounters in old houses etc. A big thank you to Laurna and the team for a great experience! No more big box stores or internet ordering for us.
