Staff here are always friendly I ordered one of my drinks incorrectly and they gladly made me a new with a smile love to see a company that trains there staff in the customers always mentality (I paid for both drinks even when they said I didn’t have to but I didn’t mind because it was my mistake)

Ok it’s Starbucks. So don’t expect some café in Florence. Nonetheless, this Starbucks location does «Starbucks» as well as it can be done. Drinks are always made an attention to detail, and the staff is super friendly.
It’s hard for one location in a chain to distinguish itself, but they do an excellent job. Even when they’re busy, customer service is never sacrificed.
It’s enough of an effort that whenever I’m in Sherwood Park (or that side of the city) and craving some coffee, I always make the trip there. Even if it’s not the closest place to go. I only wish all Starbucks locations were this good.

Starbucks is Starbucks here or in Seatle. Lots of seating, coffee wharehouse feel. The coffee is too strong for my taste, I always ask for half a shot to any latte. I do like their green tea lattes though. They are tealicious. ;-)

This is Sherwood Park’s newest Starbucks and only the second one in town with a drive-​thru — that alone should give it a couple extra stars!
The décor of this Starbucks is laid back and comfortable feeling, with lots of diverse seating options. There is one large, long table that would be perfect for a study group or business get together, as well as single, low chairs. With the distressed tin walls covering part of the coffee shop, you get a definite «kick back and relax feel».
The service is great and of course the coffee is… well, Starbucks — so how can you go wrong? A nice selection of bakery items and clean, comfortable washrooms make this spot high on my coffee spots list.
