You get what you need. and that’s about all I ever expect!
Been here many times.
It us as consistant as any in the chain. I don’t frequent any locations enough to be a regular anymore, but have never had any real problem here.
If you need a «Double Double» fix… this is as good a location as any.

Avoid this location at all cost. There are too many more that you can go to. I just made the mistake of breaking this rule today, and they did not fail to meet the expectation. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, and although it felt extremely light, I was heading to work and had no time to spare. I should have checked. Once I was at work, I opened it up and found a half filled wrap that did not contain one shred of chicken or any other protein. One piece of lettuce and two tomato’s with some sauce.
Consider yourself warned!

Not as good as it was before. They frequently forget to stir the coffee and food taste is questionable. The staff is nice but get orders wrong every once in a while. The regular coffee tastes good but the new dark roast is gross. If you want dark coffee don’t get sugar or cream. All in all a good experience.

This location is always clean and quiet for a coffee shop, most staff are pleasant though I avoid this location weekdays between 7 – 11 PM, has one unpleasant and inappropriate staff member who doesn’t respect your comments or queries appropriately. Otherwise love coming to this store.

This is my go-​to Tim Horton’s because it’s on my way to work. It’s pretty standard and they always seem to get the orders right.
The low rating is based specifically on how they handled «Camp Day» this year (June 3, 2015). I always make sure to stop by Tim’s on Camp Day. The Tim Horton’s Summer camp is a great program that I am happy to support. In the past, I’ve always been blown away by how many «pay it forwards» are going on on Camp Day in the drive thru. it’s usually really awesome. Yesterday, I was excited to start one for the very first time, since the cars in front of me hadn’t done so.
When I got to the window, I told the lady there to use my change to pay for the next car or two. She looked at me with a really puzzled look on her face. I explained again, that I wanted to pay for the vehicles behind me. her co-​worker tried to explain it as well, but when I pulled away from the window, I still was not convinced that my money was being used for what it was intended for.
This morning, I went through the drive thru again. And I was disgusted to see how many streamers and deflated balloons were littered around their store (leftover from yesterday’s «festivities»). Clean up your property guys!
Aside from Camp Day — here is my review of this location. This parking lot is incredibly cramped and has been this way for years. In order to line up for the drive thru you have no choice but to block traffic trying to get to other businesses. My *hope* is that they plan to tear down the vacant structure next door (formerly Wok Box and Taco Bell before that), to allow more room for vehicles, but that seems unlikely.
However, the staff are competent and friendly for the most part.
I’ll continue to stop here once a week or so, because of it’s convenience

Worst Tim Hortons in Edmonton and area! The owner needs to figure out their efficiency deficiency… counter service is painful and slow. Customer service is the whole package, quick, accurate and friendly. They are seriously missing the quick and accurate component.

Although the location is quite convenient, this Tim’s shares a parking lot with various other food establishments (both fast food and sit down style restaurants). During busy times (lunch in particular) the drive through is a NIGHTMARE and the parking lot is a NIGHTMARE — you just can’t win! Unfortunately, there have been many a time when this Timmy’s has failed me and not given me the correct order (often getting coffee instead of tea, or some watery, sludge-​like concoction instead of a ½ coffee, ½ hot choc.). Nonetheless, the staff are always friendly and efficient and I will be back for my Tim’s fix the next time I am driving past (and not in a HUGE rush to get to work cuz I am running late like always…).
