Great staff, food, service, but can be very busy. Offers wide selection of food and coffees. I recommend the iced cappuccino made w/​white milk

Ive been going to Wye rd Timmy’s for awhile now, always great service by all employees, but one stands out KAT ! She rocks ! I work @ 4am she always has my order ready & rems my name always. She’s always friendly and cheerful; even at 4o’clock in the morning !

We have been to this Timmies quite a few times since we live pretty close to it and have been quite disappointed with the service lately. The past few times we’ve been through the drive through it seems like the staff is trying to break some sort of speed record for service.
Today was the last time we were there and my wife ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and I also ordered the new pretzel bagel with extra mustard spread because frankly I don’t think they put enough on to begin with. There was only one other vehicle behind us, so it wasn’t busy at all. When we got to the window we were practically having our order thrown at us In a hurry as if there was a 20 car line up. Anyways between the time I ordered to driving up to the window they had both bagels «toasted» and wrapped and ready to go. We’ll the bagels were not toasted. They were just warmed up and I barely had any of the mustard spread. They might as well of not put any on.
Now I know people are gonna read this and make some comment about first world problems. But the point is I am a paying customer and should get what I pay for and not be rushed through the drive through like they’re trying to get admitted into the Guiness book of records.
Other than that the employees are very friendly and always smiling,

It’s Timmies folks, what can I say? Great Canadian «to go» place.
This location has been recently renovated and even has cool awnings! The donuts, coffee and tea are still the good old reliable fare.
This location has a drive thru but is in an awful spot and gets mightily congested. Better and faster to get out of your car and order inside. It is the last Timmies on the way to Hwy21 and Whytemud/​Henday (14) out of the Southeast part of Sherwood Park.
The staff is super friendly and ALWAYS smiling! Lots of tables available. All in all a nice Timmies.

This is the only drive through Timmy’s on Wye road (Why!!!)! Thus, during the busy times the drive-​through line is insanely long and often far too intimidating to even attempt. Other than that, the service is usually quick and friendly. Good for the late night cravings (…when too lazy to change out of my Tweety pyjamas, but too ashamed to be seen in public!).

For a Tim Horton’s, who in my opinion are not known for quick service, this location is outstanding. Early morning line-​ups for the drive-​thru are usually 10 cars strong, but they hammer through the customers in record time!
I usually go in to pick up my Friday morning breakfast. Line-​ups are usually 6 – 8 people long, but you don’t spend more than 3 minutes in line. Staff are courteous and efficient. Quality of sandwiches, BELTs and donuts is like any other Timmy’s.
If you’re looking for a quick, tasty morning experience as you head out on the road for work, this is a good choice!
