Not bad. I was fine with my food. I ordered the chicken club. It was okay. A little disappointing but tasty. It said it came with avocado and bacon, personally when I see that I don’t expect the avocado part to be some mushed up and thinly spread. I expected actual pieces of avocado which would have made this a much better. Mine didn’t have bacon on it, I’m not sure why but since it was packed(very tiny restaurant with a ton of tables squished in) since we waited quite a while(about 45 minutes) I wasn’t going to send it back. Like I said mine was fine. Unfortunately the remainder of my group was not so happy. Their biggest complaint was the wait and value for dollar. We also had an odd incident, one of our group members ordered some chipotle mayo for her yam fries and it never arrived(not a big deal) but when she told the waitress, she said she did bring it and started moving stuff around on the table rooting around for it as if we were lying. One of the guys in our group was and is still complaining about the price of the club sandwich. I believe it is 15.95 and it is just a chicken breast on regular sized sandwich bread with a bit of spread avocado was also super disappointed when his meal ended up costing about 18.00 because of an up charge for a cup of soup. He left hungry. All in all the food was fine. Could have had better value for the dollar and the service could use a little refinement. Will give this place a try in a few more months and see what happens. The owners have done an awesome job of making this place look really great, top notch décor.

Just had dinner here. The place is small, but very comfortable and casual. Service was prompt and cheerful. We had ribs, which were very good. Sides were just as good. We had slaw, beans and corn bread. I had a porter, which was ok. My hubby had a mixed drink that he loved and I did not. Prices were very reasonable. All in all a good dinner.

We were looking for a good place to stop for dinner on the way to Whistler and it did not disappoint! The grocery store clerks off the highway highly recommended the place. Small restaurant which thankfully had an open table on a Thursday night. Food was great, beer selection good, and service was good as well. Definitely worth a stop!

For a little mom and pop bbq joint on the way to Whistler, the owners have done a great job with this place. There are not many fancy food options on the drive on the sea to sky highway and my husband and I were famished! Thankfully we found this quaint little spot in Squamish that served decent sandwiches and fries and we enjoyed their chipotle wings.

This is the most Canadian place in Canada. Raw wood siding, flannel everywhere, and full of the smell of barbecue and cornbread. Great in-house hot sauces and barbecue. I had a beet salad and brisket, and it was all delicious.

Just popped in for a beer. Extremely warm welcoming from everyone soon as we walked in. Place is small and cozy. Not ordering food but the menu and food looks awesome. The owner came up and thanked us for coming in and asked us were we were from. Will be coming back next time I’m in the area.

Great food, fantastic service, awesome location(renovated historic building in Downtown Squamish), intimate, warm, inviting, and worth a visit. Lots of GF options on the menu — we had the beet salad, crab cakes, and blackend chicken and ribs — all great! Super flavours and great value for money. We’ll be back… often :) Also, can’t wait for the patio to open next spring — fantastic views of the Stawamus Chief.
