Improperly trained staff. They do not use gel approved for gel nails they used a cheeper version not approved. Rushed in and out. You get what you pay for here. Cheep.

Avoid this place at all costs. My gel manicure chipped after one day and completely ruined my nails. I have had gel manicures numerous times, and this place uses a comparatively absurd approach in which they smooth our your natural nail with a drill. This makes life easier for the technician, but removes way too much nail, making them weak and brittle. I was also unimpressed with the hygiene here. Technicians definitely recycled files from person to person, and there was not much cleaning going on. Skip it.

I went here to have my Shellac removed off my toes and get a pedicure. The girl did my toes was nice enough. but when she was using the drill to remove the shellac it was very painful. She kept getting the skin around my toes rather then just the nail itself. I kept flinching in pain and saying that it was painful, «could she be careful not to get the drill on my skin».etc.but ya she kept on doing it. Wasn’t fun. lemme tell ya.
That all being said. the pedicure was good. My toes look very cute, and I like the outcome. just not crazy about what happened before the cute feet!
