my boyfriend bought me a dress from here for valentines day.
i was out of town because i work for an airline. as soon as i was back i went to return the dress because it didn’t fit. they said i could not return the $ 250 dress because you can only return stuff within 2DAYS!!!
thats right… 48hrs or you can only get a store credit… oh but wait! then you have to use your credit within 90 days or you forfeit the full amount!!!
thats right, they just keep your money.
Who conducts business like this?
i feel sad because i always try to support local business. But when you have outrageously poor customer service and you’re in a town like st. albert. word spreads like wild fire and their business will suffer. too bad :(

Shop is always clean, tidy, and looks very nice from the outside as well as inside.
Staff are really friendly and always willing to help you.
It’s a really inviting store.
Sometimes can be a little expensive but the clothes are high end so its to be expected.
