I have been to this restaurant many times.
I have noticed a slight but definite steady decline in service and sometimes food quality.
We always look forward to getting out a couple times a month to wing night.
Our latest visit was not good, the wings were awful and the service was almost as bad. We rarely saw our server and the bill was incorrect. The server apologized for the error but didn’t really seem to care and quickly moved on. Later that evening and part of the following day the wings didn’t sit well.
Certain I will not go back for the wings, it’s a shame, wing night use to be a great night out at the Arms. The burgers are too dry. Fish and chips are good, chicken pot pie is also very good.

Tried their sole special upon recommendation from the head server. It was supposed to be with lobster crème sauce, but I guess they had run out of it, so I was a little disappointed. The head server said that they had never had this happen before, so she gave me the option of switching to a shrimp sauce. The time for them to cook the meal was rather slow, but the servers were pleasant. Their uniforms were in keeping with the Scottish theme, and the servers were pleasant enough to answer all my questions.

Excellent food and excellent service (consistently). We are never disappointed. The staff go out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. We visit this place frequently and always take out of town guests along with us as we know they will be pleased.

St GEORGE BRANT, Canada
Friendly waitresses, food is usually fast, even when they are packed. Huge back patio, redecorated interior. Lots of different beer on tap. Great wings (Tuesday night special), lots of other great meals to choose from. They do take reservations, and kids are always welcome. Glad to have this place so close by.
