Reason for 5 stars again is the service. Now let me get this out of the way, I was a bit irritated with the late delivery. and I mean Really LATE! I ordered 1 chicken burger with Extra Ketchup & Mayo, Onions and tomatoes. Chicken rice soup and again 2 banana puddings this time because they are That good. My delivery was Over an hour late and I called the lady back in the restaurant and she was Very Kind and easy going and even apologized and told me she is going to make it fresh all over again and have the man deliver it within 15 min. after that call I received it, in just under 15 minutes and my food was Hot & Fresh! These people really know how to make customers happy, especially even if you are not dining in. Anyway, the Chicken Burger was DELICIOUS and I will from now on, only order this. yes I like it That Much! I normally don’t order burgers, but man was this the best chicken burger I’ve had? I haven’t had plenty, so I’m going to say yes. The onion rings were good and Non Oily, which is great because every time I get onion rings it’s Always Oily! Not that I’m complaining. Oily or not, I Love Onion Rings. The chicken rice soup was decent, I enjoyed it. The banana pudding is Delicious as before. Definitely recommend the chicken burger, it’s so good! Even though I waited long for my delivery the customer service made up for it, I enjoyed my food Better this time then the last time. the only difference is, last time I only had to wait 30min. Red Rooster, keep up the great customer service and whoever that lady was on the phone, your Great!

Red Rooster is, as others have noted, similar to Swiss Chalet but better.
Pros:
— Extensive menu with offerings similar to SC, but with every conceivable combo and option you could imagine.
— Excellent prices and generous portion sizes make for fantastic value.
— Great-​tasting food: moist, tender chicken, homemade rolls and coleslaw, and yummy ribs with a unique sauce.
— Quick service.
— Convenient location (for me, anyway).
Cons:
— None that I can think of.
A great local establishment — I wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

This place is fantastic! Service is incredibly fast and the prices are very fair. If you decide to try this place out definitely check out the Greek menu or the quarter chicken with half rib and you can’t there poutine it’s delicious!
