I had a big BIG problem with my 15 year old built-​in vacuum and took a chance and gave these guys a call out of the blue. Scott from the North Van store dropped by on his way home that evening and quickly diagnosed my problem (it was basically hardening of the arteries from someone vacuuming up wet stuff many years ago that led to long term clogging in the pipes). A few days later Troy from the Surrey store came over and did the job. These guys really know their stuff. Troy was so helpful and knowledgeable and did the job quickly and for a fair price. Besides doing the original job he also: happily added the extra outlet in the garage that I had wanted (it was something that another vacuum guy didn’t want to bother with) AND he fixed the very crooked pipe the original installers had put in because «it just wasn’t done right». (this was something that always had pestered my husband and I, and now it is right.) Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Thank you Troy.
