Great vibe, location. The staff were amazing !
I like anything that’s a bit different.
The theme is charming.
The meals were massive ! Seriously could not finish my plate!
And to top it off the bottle shop is attached to pick up a bottle and continue the evening at home!

Come here at least twice per month with my Boyfriend. I love this place!
Food are honestly super cheap when it is on special. Even if it is not, the portion are HUGE!
I love their curly fries and their steak! it is always my must have !!!
the only reason that holding my Five Stars to them is becoz of their waitress. I am not saying they are bad. There is one tall brunette lady that I really like and 20% tips is always the minimum i gave to her. but other than her… the service is like very average… they are nice to those white people who looks like they drink a lot and give a lot of tips… But not to us Asian face people …:(
Overall, I highly recommend this place !! ohohoho ! avoid their teriyaki sauce wings, that was like the most salty thing i ever had in my life o__@ !

I came for the first time after the renovation and very disappointed in the food. I ordered my usual, fajitas, and what was brought was not anything I recognized, not even close to real fajitas. My husband ordered the chef’s choice lunch special of ribs and rice and that was tasty. Both meals were senior size and we left unsatisfied, and quite disappointed when we had expected the robust meals of yesteryear! Disappointed also because we brought friends and bragged about it beforehand. To add insult to injury, when we asked for iced tea and pop refills, we were told no, we would get charged again. The serving of fries on each order was small, side salad unimaginative and small. Service was excellent with apologies aplenty. Very sad to cross a favorite place off my go to list.

Awesome food, great prices, fantastic job on the renos, and the servers are all top notch, with a genuine smile and excellent service. Each time you walk in it feels like a neighborhood pub, where everyone is welcomed! And you must try the weekend breakfast omelette buffet. Wow! Chef — you rock!

We really enjoyed our time at the pub. We sat at the new bartop, which is really nice. Our bartender, Tyler, was super rad. He was prompt and courteous, and really friendly.
We had a ceasar, a couple beers, and a version of a Bellini that comes with a mini champagne bottle on top. Like a beergarita, I guess. It was potent!
We started with deep fry pickles and they came with fries. Husband had the station beef dip and he said it was great. I was pretty full by that time so I went with a BLT on sourdough. It was yummy.
The renovation was overdue and I like it. The atmosphere is great, loud and busy with a lot of regulars.
We’ll definitely be back!

Great pub, good food for a good price… but have always had an issue with the waitresses. Customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. Servers need a lesson in dealing with the public.

I went there tonight @10:30 with my husband. We have t been here over an year. I thought it s nicely renovated .
One waitress came and i was going to order beer but she
Look at my husband suspiciously!!(we thought may be he looks younger so she want to see his id)
But she says my husband came and didn’t pay the bill
And left last time twice! Me and my husband Don t know what she talking about!!! ??? My husband didn’t t understand what she said. So I told her my husband never leave without paying it. and wondering how they r sure it s him we hardly come here .
But she said other 2 waitress told so. So I ask her to bring them here so I want to ask them. but she said they r not here. And she went to front bar and talk with other waitress (they were many of them)
We went to the front and said he is not that kind of a person. Other waitress said sorry! But this girl (came to our table) her attitude was soooo bad. She didn’t t say sorry. she said ok. What ok?
We just went there to enjoy our late dinner. But all of sudden she treat my husband a bad person!
We could understand if she ask it was him. But she treated like 100% its him. Even I told her he is not the one you guys looking for!
They have a bad manner !!! They didn’t explained us about there mistakes! We just left there! (We didn’t want to interrupting other people)
We never ever go back again !!!

The food, service & prices here have always been great glad to see they haven’t changed much after the reno (which was LONG overdue). However the ALL grey colour palette is kinda reminiscent of a prison. Wish they woulda added a pop of colour to give it a more youthful feel. Other than that I highly recommend plus the chicken wings can’t be beat. When they are on Special on Tuesdays it’s worth the wait.

So I stopped in tonight after reading reviews between the guilford station pub and the tap house pub. Was not impressed with the layout of the place. Needed to hit the head and had to climb 3 flights of stairs just to get to the bathroom. Really?!? Wasn’t feeling this place so left and headed over to the tap house.

The food is pretty good (bar food), and the prices cannot be beat. The place is always buzzing which I like, even though you need to sometimes wait a few minutes for a table to open up. Cheap, cold beers, tasty food, friendly staff.

Closed for renovations. Boo. Drove all the way from the valley to find out its under renovations.

Amazing food, great prices and awesome atmosphere. Service is really good and usually very quick. The only problem is that it is always busy after 6 and getting a table for more then 2 people can be an issue. However it is a FABULOUS place!

Guildford Station Pub probably has the best pub food in Surrey.
I’ve been here a few times a couple years back and decided to visit again with everyone from work. I never left a review so here we go:
1. The food is pretty cheap
2. Tastes really good
3. Our waitress was great
4. And the pub is very clean
The atmosphere is pretty cool too. It looks like an old train station from the 50s.
Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area.

Good pub food. :) Steak and prawns dinner is quite good and decent. Tasty ribs on Thursday. Delicious wings on Tuesdays.

I had the surf and turf Saturday night special for 11.95 ordered rare. For once a restaurant made my steak properly! Was a perfect medium. Came with 2 shrimp skewers, 6 shrimps per stick, a stuffed potato, and veggies with cheese sauce. Both the steak and the shrimp were tender and juicy, the stuffed potato was creamy and delicious with a slight crisp on the outer edge of the skin, my only real complaint (other than no sour cream for the potato) is the cheese sauce. While the veggie were well cooked the sauce was rather bland and season less. Nothing a little salt and pepper didn’t fix!
The restaurant itself is made to appear as an old train station from the outside. The inside is filled with nostalgic signage and people enjoying themselves (which to me is an indicator of a good restaurant based on first impression). I personally sat on the patio, which features both a fireplace and heat lamps for the chiller evenings and is inclosed with shrubs. It was beautiful! Even though I sat alone on the patio, the service was fast and friendly.

This pub has a cool space — tall ceilings, a big train, and plenty of TVs.
The food is cheap and cheerful, the service is prompt. All in all the food was edible with alright flavor but pretty good for under $ 10.

1Good place to watch sports and not so loud. There is a small version of curly fries.

Weekend omelet brunch is amazing. $ 6.00 for a 3egg omelet that you get to pick everything you want on it.
But beware, do not show up expected quick quality service. More often then not the place is pack full house from open till Brunch ends (2pm?). You will be lucky to get two coffees by the time u finish breakfast. But u go for the omelets — not the coffee…

Everything on the menu is great. I’ve tried 95% of the food here and I’ve yet to be disappointed. No refills on soda, but hey, it’s a pub. Very busy at night on the weekends and on wings night. Multiple flavors for wings and CURLY FRIES.
I moved 40 minutes away from this place and I’m sad!
My favorite place to eat. Always.
Good service. Prompt food.
If there’s a hockey game, don’t expect to find a seat.
