I am sad to have to give such a low review for a service run by someone who seemed very nice and friendly. However I do feel like I have to write it objectively.
Pros: she was punctual, brings her own supplies, and is friendly
Cons: she under quoted us for the job (making it so our list didn’t get done in the time we had prepared for); she missed key things on our list (didn’t do the stove top when the kitchen was the first thing on our list); when she asked for feedback she offered to come into our new place and clean, however I tried to contact her with a date she seemed to put me off and then didn’t get back to me.
This is unfortunate because we were looking for a solid cleaning service to help out with cleaning once or twice a month, as well as to have someone to clean when our tenants move in and out of our other property. I wanted to go with someone local instead of one of the bigger companies but I think I will just have to go with something like Molly Maid.

I hired Krystal and her team for a pre move-in deep clean. I wish I had a before and after photo to share! She swiftly cleaned every surface of our home. She is meticulous; her attention to details is everything once desires with a cleaner.
There has never been a stray crumb or mark once she has come and gone. She brings all her own supplies, changes the garbages and leaves the place smelling like crisp linen! It is a delight to walk into the place when I know she’s been there. She has a relaxed attitude and caring nature that make her a joy to be around if we happen to cross paths during the day.
She has completed a 3 hour deep clean for me, as well as 2 other regular service cleanings. I’ll book her again and again! Hope my glowing review doesn’t leave her too busy for me! ;)
