Ahhhh!!! We just spent $ 1200 on a fridge here 3 weeks ago. The fridge has stopped working (less than a month old!) and though we were told there was a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty, this was not the case at all. After days of being on the phone with people we’ve found that, in fact, not only will the company (Hisense) not repair the fridge, they don’t even offer replacement parts. New County Appliances says their service plan doesn’t start until the appliance is over 31 days old so we’re out of luck with getting a repair. The fridge is now scrap metal — and it’s not even a month old! In our experience, New Country Appliances sell low quality products, provide dubious warranty and horrible customer service. This was an expensive, time consuming and incredible frustrating experience.
