NKI Moving and Delivery

There was a special delivery project I needed to help out with at work. Basically we wanted to mass ship some Christmas gifts to a local delivery person and have them take them out of the shipping packages, attach a card and deliver them to the recipients (at about 20 locations). We needed a company that was a little bit courier and a little bit of a mover (rinse and repeat in a few major Canadian cities).
Initially I contacted NKI and a couple of other places based on online reviews. NKI responded promptly via email — they were the only ones who did. They gave me a rough cost estimate and it was quite reasonable. When it came time to deliver, they did it exactly as we had requested, in a very timely fashion. When we made a couple of mistakes on addresses, they were quick to point it out so that we could remedy the situation — which is important when sending out gifts. They were very polite and professional.
I appreciate how they took our some what clunky request in stride and helped us get the job done. It was a leap of faith for us and they certainly delivered.
