I stop here for wings on Thursdays. .29 cents, such a deal. Several flavors too. The rest of the menu is large and worth trying. The stuffed Yorkshire puddings rock the taste buds. Good place to catch a football game or Canucks game.

My first visit here with friends. Never heard of the place before and was quite impressed. Made it for happy hour. Reasonably priced. $ 20 for 2 beer order wings and popcorn shrimp. Can’t go wrong with that. Mixed crowd of white and blue collar. Service is hit and miss. But when it gets full I get it. Plates and glasses piled up on table for a bit

I used to pop in to this place now and again in the past and never made me want to come back. Thought I would take my gf here and give it another try, since I heard the place was renovated and hoped that the menu had changed as well.
A lot of things have changed on this menu. We came last Wednesday night. Pasta night. You can build your pasta with lots of adds at no extra charge and its all you can eat. (Which you’d have to have a massive appetite since we couldn’t finish the original order) We were happily surprised at how delicious the pasta was. To give a comparison, it was better than Boston Pizza wherever that fits on your pallet. Add the meatballs, add the chorizo sausage.
We had a great female server (with a boy name… Michael) Friendly, helpful with menu suggestions, smiley, attentive.
We’re definitely coming back to try some more… and this time we’re going to order wings because of the last Unilocalers comments. As a matter of fact, we’re heading there now.

Have come here a few times recently and must say it’s pretty good.
Usually go in on a Sunday evening when it’s relatively slow, service is prompt and friendly every time I’ve been.
The food is decent. I say decent because of the 3 – 5 times I’ve been here I will say my food was great 70% of the time and lacking the other 30%
The wings are DELICIOUS.
Perfect crispness and served hot.
The fish tacos are also GREAT.
The décor and ambiance is nice. Very sleek and pub like. Wouldn’t mind coming here to watch the game and enjoy a few pounds of wings with my boyfriend. I do however worry about how busy it would be and if we would even get a seat!

They have a great patio and half price applies on Sunday… go for a ride in the trails nearby and stop for a cold one

The service was really good. Even though there was a HUGE table on the patio we never felt neglected. Hubby had the sirloin steak and mashed taters and I had the salmon fillet with rice and veg. The steak tasted good and the taters were really yummy but as for mine… it was meh :(
The salmon was dry and small. The steamed rice was like paste and in the shape of the spoon used to scoop it onto my plate, and the broccoli was cooked beautifully but in massive pieces!
The service was good but I have had way better food at other pubs. I’m on the fence as to if I will return.

Enjoyed my halibut & chips w/​a pint of cold beer. Good views of the TV’s from where I was sitting (looked like you can see a TV from wherever you choose to sit). Pleasant staff. I will be returning.

Samz is a great spot for drinks with friends or watching the game. They have a nice covered patio. The décor is nice for a pub. They have a liquor store attached. I’ve never actually eaten here other than stealing a few french fries off of a friend’s plate. The beer is always cold and service is good. It’s kind of hidden and out of the way in Langley. Not on a busy street.
