Nothing great in this mall. The only thing they had going for them was zellers and now that’s gone. Most of the stores are for much older women. Food court is sad. This mall needs to go, or needs a complete 360 make over with many more added shops !

Where do I begin or how do I begin. Hmm… I am going to update the review. This mall does’t seem to get lot of foot traffic. And most of the retailers seem to be targeting the older population but with that said, I think the mall seems to try hard to attract more people. They have various events for little kids and as a parent of a young child, I really appreciate their efforts. I do like Cob’s bread, The Bodyshop and the Purdy’s located inside the mall.

The mall itself isn’t too great… Small with store that seem to be selling all the same type of stuff. The one toy store they have is extremely overpriced as it a lot of the clothing stores. The food court is alright and it’s nice they put in a play center for the kids. The shining star for this mall is that the Rotary clubs hosts their kids lit reading club there and it is AMAZING. My 3 year old waits for these every month and the hour long FREE show is just awesome. I would recommend anyone with a toddler up to 7 or so check this out. Promotes reading and they see their favorite characters come to life. The lady that does the show is also hilarious and makes it enjoyable for the entire family. 1 star for the mall 5 stars for the show, evens out around 3.

(eight/thirty) Not every mall is going to be Metrotown. Some are big, some are little. Some are busy, some are quiet. However, there is none as disappointingly snore-worthy as Semiahmoo. When I first moved to White Rock, there was nothing here. Almost five years have passed, and I think things are getting worse rather than better. The food court is ‘meh’. Freshslice seems to be the ever popular choice, but that could be for lack of options. The only thing in this mall that was ever of any interest to me was Pricesmart and Zellers, and now that Zellers is folding up its tent, it leaves this mall a one-trick pony that needs to be put out to pasture. This place could use a wrecking ball.

This is a pretty small shopping centre as compare to Metrotown, Oakridge or Richmond centre. Most of the fashion merchants are not well known: Anna Kristina, Lotus Point, Northern Reflections, Silhouette Lingerie. You won’t find any Gaps or Old Navy’s around here. As for the guys you have Keith Ridge Mens Wear, anyways you get the point. The mall is basically anchored by two big retailers, Zellers and Price Smart. In terms of services; there’s a lottery kiosk, liquor store, ticketmaster, etc. The selection at the food court is slim pickins: fortune wok, Fresh Slice pizza, Orange Julius, Kuroishi, A&W, Nibblers, Pick and Chews. Luckily, there’s White Spot and Earls near the Entrance. There’s also a CIBC and RBC.
