They make it quite clear they don’t need your service! Rather then going according to the next customer, they just choose whomever they like.

First of all the owner of this store has no sense of customer service or integrity as a business owner. I took my infant daughter to the Langley location to have her ears pierced, a few months later one of them came out. I went to the white rock location to buy a new one a few weeks later the same one came out. I called and the clerk said it should not have happened as they have a lock on them and to come in and she would replace it. I got there after packing up my baby and all my gear and told the owner what had happened. She then told me they were designed to open easily and she would not replace it. I left angry that I had wasted my time and that even after being promised a new earring and apologized to this owner told me she wouldn’t hold up to what I was told. I then drove all the way to Langley, bought new earrings from people’s but couldn’t get the other stud off so I went the the Langley Merle Normans and told them what happened. They said these earrings are not supposed to come off, that’s why they use them on babies, apologized for the white rock owners unprofessionalism and offered me a new stud. It also took two of them to get the other earring off«that was designed to come off easily» on another note, I also have a friend who’s entire bridal party got their make up done at this location. My friend was so unhappy with the outcome she washed it all off when she got home and did it herself. I will be surprised if this location is still here another year the way the owner treats its customers.
