My husband is in construction and has been for the last 35 years… needless to say, he has impressed on me the value of quality service and products at a reasonable price. In SimpleFloors I found, all three. Of course, products and price vary from company to company but SimpleFloors had a wide range of product choices and the prices were affordable. I have to say though that the amazing customer service is what locked the deal for us.
We had arranged help to lay the floor and Ryan went over and above our expectations to make sure the produces arrived at our home and in the suite as he had promised. Great communication and outstanding business ethics.
