great location for the students, depending how busy it is during the rush.

This is not a ‘full’ location so they don’t have sandwiches and some other things, but it’s very convenient and carries most of the items Tim Hortons sells. They are quite efficient but demand spikes in between classes (not surprising) so the wait can be zero minutes or ten minutes depending on when you go.
There’s also a decent amount of seating around.
Good location, quick service.
