The customer service at this copy place is really bad. I once gave my memory stick to the attendant and asked them to print off a specific file, rather than printing the specified file he proceeds to look through every other file and then finally prints it. The whole process took 20 minutes, where it could have taken five minutes had he done what I said and not look through all my files. I didn’t say anything because I was desperate and my class was about to start, but I knew then that it would be my last time printing anything at this place.

Who charges a computer rental fee when the only way to print is by using his stupid computer? Also, who has the balls to charge it TWICE when you print two copies of the SAME thing at the SAME time?!

Bad customer experience. I first showed up to a hand-written sign on the door that indicated they would be returning in 30 minutes– during business hours! I walked in, wasn’t greeted and was rudely confronted for the information of the copy job I was picking up.

VERYPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE I think asking for the the thickness of business cards is a reasonable question don’t you? Well apparently Alicos on Church and Gerrard doesn’t think so. INQUIRY Breakdown of Telephone Conversation: Me: Hi, do you sell business cards? Man: Yes Me: What is the minimum purchase? Man: 250 for $$$ Me: How much is 500 Man $$$ Me: How much is $ 1000 Man:$$$ and then it’s $$$ and then it’s $$$(with attitude) Me: Ok… What is the thickness of the cards Man: Standard Me: What’s standard? Like 100Lbs cardstock? Man: It’s standard Me: Different places have different standards, is it(list examples) Man:(raising his voice) it’s standard. why do you need to know. you just come in and touch the sample. if you want thicker than it cost more. Me: Sir, there’s no need to raise your voice with me. Man: Well yes there is. you keep asking me questions and then you’re not going to buy it. His anger made absolutely no sense. He was probably having a hard day. Nonetheless, poor customer service.
