I sent in a file the night before to have printed. They received it at 9am and said it would be a 24 hour turn around… technically would be ready for opening the next day so I figured I could pick it up before the close(would be shorter than 24 hours). They emailed asking what finish. then emailed suggesting it might not get printed in time. ok. I called to get clarification on the«might». I needed them that evening, can they do rush yes or no. I was told yes! Ok great so I didn’t go down the street to another shop. Then 30 minutes later I get an email saying no… so I call again and the person on the phone(a new person) says he cant tell me yes or no. He suggested I go with no. This shop lacks communication and customer service. The person on the phone for the second time wouldn’t check if the file was in que or not. I was not rude on the phone, I just needed an answer — do I take my business else where? So I called a shop down the road and they can print in a 2 hour turnaround.
