I was so excited to try this place, but really disappointed. Decent cut, but terrible service. The stylist I got (w/​very straight hair) tore through my tangled, wet (curly) hair with a brush and talked back to me when I politely and unfortunately timidly asked if a brush was the best option. She was extremely rude the whole time, despite my attempts to help her cheer up. The owner overheard everything and did nothing. The atmosphere and service would be expected for a $ 10 cut, not $ 90+. Definitely won’t return and can’t recommend.

I just got my hair done by Nadine and as usual it is gorgeous! She truly is a very talented colourist and hairstylist! Got a compliment the moment I left! And I always get compliments about my hair thanks to her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

The first time I went in, the owner, Nadine did my hair. My hair is African American so it is kinky/​curly. I was a bit skeptical at first letting her do my hair but she assured me that she knew how to care for my type of hair. I had my hair washed and straightened and I absolutely loved it! I will definitely go back as there was a promotion for the service that I received.

I went into this salon expecting to just get my roots highlighted to match the rest of my hair. The lady who did my hair told me no problem. I think her name was Judith. Then she covered my beautiful older highlights with brown and highlighted my roots to look orange. I paid $ 100 to have brown hair with orange roots. She even yelled at me during the process. I was stupid enough to give her a tip because I felt bad for her. But I will never go to this salon again. I could have done a better job myself with a box of haircolour from the drug store.
