Dr Tse is warm, friendly, and very knowledgable; she listens to my concerns and provides answers in laypeople’s terms. The whole process of the eye exam takes about an hour, and involves many tests, but feels very thorough and well worth the investment of time. The only drawback is that there is a very appealing online booking feature on the website, but it didn’t work very well – twice! I requested a booking online twice, both times my first choice for appointment times wasn’t available, and the promised follow up call didn’t come. I would recommend calling for an appointment.

Excellent optometrists. I came in, got my eyes checked, they told me to watch out for certain things, and I got an updated prescription without paying an arm and a leg.
