Great place for take out. A large pizza can be made in 10 – 15 minutes and it costs only $ 10(tax included). Much better than your typical franchises Other things I have tried: –Panzerotti — quick service with the meat lovers and quite tasty –Shawarma plate/wrap — great quality Not sure about the individual below who was complaining about free food… I’m not sure how you can judge a place on grand opening day when they are giving out free slices. Overall I recommend Bocconcini as the food tastes great and the service has been on point.

Im a regular customer here, the pizza is awesome, I love the thin crust, and the people who run the place are awesome! Also a really great price for what you’re getting! You should definitely give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Today was their grand opening and they offered a free slice of pizza from 12−2pm to anyone who liked one of their social media pages. Being keenly fond of free food, I was super excited to see what this new pizza shop just around the corner from Ryerson had to offer. I anticipated an authenticity that would would remind me of how Pizza Pizza is just a «fast food» version of what REAL pizza should taste like. Unfortunately, not one of my expectations were met after my first bite. Though yes, they were very generous and gave out rather large slices of pizza — they were terrible. I hope I’m not being too mean but as a matter of fact, my slice of pizza(I chose a Margherita slice) was ridiculously dry and tough. I had a little less than half of the slice when NOJOKES, my jaw gave out on me because I was too tired from chewing. The slice was cold even though they had given it to me directly from the display that was apparently equipped with heating lamps so. that was extremely disappointing. The dough was rolled out very thin and the dryness of the crust had cut into the roof of my mouth, which now, I am feeling the ramifications of my poor decision. I really hope that the quality of the pizza I had today isn’t an accurate reflection of the business. Let’s hope this was just a one-off experience(though it was poor enough to deter me from coming back again).

I tried their bocconcini specialty pizza and loved it, it had some chimmichurri sauce and fresh tomatoes and the melted bocconcini cheese. Utterly delicious. The crust was just the way I like it, not too thick or thin. Definitely coming back!
