Capps was fantastic! I had not had my ducts cleaned in years and really wanted to have them done by someone that I trusted. Based on their reputation and the fact that Capps is a family owned and run business, I felt confident working with them. The woman that I spoke with (Cathy?) was helpful, warm, informative and very professional on the phone. Paul called to let me know that he was on his way and from the moment he and Dave walked into my home they were polite, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. They explained what they were doing as they went along and even detected a small gas leak in my furnace room which I had addressed thanks to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a good job done by some good guys.
