Cardio-Go

This is one of the worst gym going experiences I have ever had. We signed up for a two month deal and they offered us a membership with a personal training session, which we paid for in advance. When it came time to book the training session they refused to give it to us! After extensive back and forth arguing, Brenan finally agreed to give it to me (not my husband), however by that time I had such a bad taste in my mouth that I didn’t want to go back to the gym. However, this happened less than a week into the month, so we were stuck with the charge of $ 130 for the next month (due to giving notice to cancel) even though we didn’t go for nearly the whole two months! That’s a lot of money! Of course they need 30 days notice to cancel, but the only reason we wanted to cancel was because of the way that Breanan treated us. This is really unfair. I feel ripped off and mistreated, and the attitude that I got from Breanan was terrible and very unprofessional.
The gym is small, classes are terrible, and it always stinks. I would NOT recommend going here.

Absolute hell. What started as an honest misunderstanding has annihilated my credit history, and lively hood. After signing a form, and having had a change of heart was told I was unable to leave with it, because of confidentiality laws. Rep took no notes, and landed me in collections; A YEAR LATER. Mistakes happen. Its their unwillingness to correct it that’s so frustrating, after being told «they would give me the benefit of the doubt» and do what he could to fix the situation as best he could, as to not further inconvenience. Wouldn’t trust them as far I could throw ‘em…

This location is not for everyone but I love it! It is small yes, but has everything I need for a great workout including an AMAZING training staff!!!
Everyone is so friendly and knows your name. The service level is personal and professional.

Extremely small & cramped. Cardio machines are too close together. Not much if you like to lift weights. No parking… well it’s in the PATH. Change room is clean but tiny. You get very little for your money. I went in on a guest pass but decided on a better equipped gym where parking didn’t cost an arm & a leg. Not at all impressed.
