I started training here a few months ago, and it is amazing! Sensei is a learned, well trained guide in the Goju Ryu style. He encourages and motivates each student to reach their potential. I have never had a better work out in my life(that is how I felt after the warm-up, so you can only imagine what a full training session is like). Of course, it offers much more than exercise: I find the sessions help me to focus in other parts of my life, to let go of negative emotions and to feel empowered. The Dojo is a comfortable place with a varied schedule available, and it’s great value for money(a membership where you can train as much as you want, and which they will put on hold whilst you are away — if you travel a lot for instance).
