Coach

My love for coach has been short lived. I quickly discovered that coach constantly changes prices of their merchandise depending on the current sale they offer. If a bag is $ 300mrsp, they will have a sale for 50% making the bag $ 150. If they have a sale were you save 30% off, the bag is still around $ 150 because suddenly the price of the bag went down to $ 199. I learned this lastnight. The prices fluctuate along with the discounts offer to give the impression that you’re saving money when really, you aren’t.
I will not support a company that does this and will longer shop at coach.
I’ve been here a bunch of times to stalk and buy a certain hard to find collection. Customer service is great but the check outs are pretty slow and there’s always customers waiting for items in the back or to be cashed out. I knocked off a star because of a possible selling tactic that didn’t sit well with me. Maybe the girl didn’t realize at the time, maybe they just wanted a sale, not sure. When I last went in, I asked about a wallet. The girl said it was the last one so I got it because it was sold out everywhere else including online even though that wallet was bland looking. I called yesterday about another item in that same collection and I happened to ask about other items within the collection they had. She mentioned they had that same wallet. Long story short, I ended up exchanging the «last» wallet for another one which was more unique looking but still the same wallet. Maybe it was a return, I’m not sure.
I do like this store. Its one of the biggest locations locally so they are likely to have stock of more items.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgable and helpful when needed. It’s nice to be able to have time given in order to look around and then ask questions about a product if need be.

Coach in here is much cheaper than in China. I bought Coach 19 816 bag. The color is in Rose red. I spent less than $ 200 to buy it.
At the same time I want to buy the wallet Coach 46481MADISON. At last I didn’t buy it. Because I have a lot of wallet in my home.
Next time maybe I will buy it. HAHA

I’m beginning to find that the customer service at Coach is consistent no matter which location I happen to visit.
This store at Yorkdale is huge!, beautiful, bright and cheerful! As with all locations, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The sales consultants are not pushy but are certainly ready to provide help in any way.
I’m on the hunt for that ‘perfect’ wallet and although I wasn’t seeing anything that screamed ‘BUY ME!’, the consultant did not drop me to move on to another customer. She discussed my needs and suggested some alternatives and even advised me that a new line was coming out the next day and to check the website.
All ’round, great customer service.

Nice store. Clean, bright. Sells shoes and clothes. Also, bags.
My only complaint about the Coach stores — all of them — is the limited selection. Compared to the website, it’s insane how many colours and styles they don’t keep on hand. Coach isn’t considered expensive, but regardless of price, I’d like to be able to handle a bag before I buy it.
That said, I was insanely impressed by the service here — specifically this really sweet, helpful girl named Maggie (I hope I remember her name right).
Not only did she help me get a bag and check for stock, she was so friendly and non-​intimidating that I felt comfortable asking her opinions on stuff I thought sounded embarrassingly obvious — like what the «real» difference between lined and unlined (their «classic» style) bags are. She didn’t know herself from her own experience, but offered to ask other associates if I wanted, and even showed me some of their vintage bags they stashed as an example. She also gave me time to «try» the bag, and openly said I could always return or exchange if I changed my mind.
Then when I decided to go from lined to unlined (making my boyfriend roll his eyes), she wrote me a new order with no less cheer. Totally amazed my neurosis and I wished I could have tipped her (maybe they work on commission?). It was a Saturday and during a 25% off sale, so the store was bustling, yet she never made me feel she was rushing me.
The cash was also very nice and friendly. No fuss, no muss. Order from the store — there’s no charge for shipping to your house.

I don’t usually buy my Coach purses from the regular retail store. I find that waiting a few months then making the trip to Niagara Outlet gets me a much better deal (

But I digress. I came here to find a birthday gift for the Mom in Law (to be) but wasn’t sure what I would find. Talking to a sales lady, and telling her my budget was around $ 40, she showed me the Skinny Wallet. Small change purse with keychain.
Excellent. This was the perfect gift and thank you for being so helpful!
I stood there for about 15 mins, trying to decide on a colour and sending photos to my fiancé. The sales girl was really friendly and talked me through into deciding a nice purple colour.
The product is paid for and ordered, and it comes from the back all nicely wrapped and in a bag.
This was an excellent, inexpensive gift but impressive at the same time.
I also took a look at the shoes that they had, and surprised they only run at about $ 120 – 150. Something worth looking into!
