They advertise that they open at 12 on Sundays, but take my advice and don’t come right at 12 on Sundays unless you like waiting outside. It’s like Christmas Eve in there. Not a thing is stirring, not even a mouse.

Worse service than at Canadian Tire. Misleading signs — not all items are at the discount advertised. Really not worth picking through to find a «deal».

I ended up visiting this place after going to a café and a Japanese design clothing store nearby(what else is one supposed to do if there is a bit of time left on the parking meter) This place is in a bit of rough area IMO and I wouldn’t venture here after dark. My current pair of sandals which had barely served one season were on their last legs so I wanted to get a decent pair this time around. A friend had recommended the Chaco brand as they are supposed to last a while and more importantly are very comfy. I had done my research and was going to buy them next season but when I saw the sign for the brand of sandals I was seeking outside I decided to go in. As the name explains this is an outlet so no fancy lights or setup here. There was only one sales person in the store but thankfully they were no other customers so he could help out. Lo and behold I saw the pair I had my eyes on sale here(from what I read this brand hardly goes on sale in stores and I prefer not to buy footwear online) Kudos to sales guy here as he knows how to close a deal and offered me a very decent deal on these. I am not an outdoors person by any means(read ziplines, rock climbing etc.) nor I live a very active lifestyle but I do like to walk and I think these sandals will serve me well. So if you are in the market for certain brands that are sold at this store this outlet is worth a visit.

Horrible service. Incomplete stock. Guys who work there just sit around and have no intention of serving you. DONOT waste your time. Don’t go here! Instead of saying, sorry we don’t have it, they actually send you to another store, then you waste even more time.

This is the picked over stuff that most people don’t want. If you visit the store multiple times you might find a diamond in the rough. With that in mind you mind want to save your time/money and wait for the once a year holiday sale at the main store.

I assume the clothing here are the articles that don’t sell from the main store downtown. Some items have pulls, or are odd sizes, no different than other outlet stores. I’ve been in a handful of times, but haven’t walked out once with anything but I always hope I will find that one gem(as some brand names are pretty darn expensive to begin with, 50% off makes it more practical). They do have a pretty good selection of men’s and women’s clothing plus a small shoe/boot section and some various outdoors equipment. I enjoy shopping here better than the store on King St.

so the deal with this store is that everything is 50 percent off. except for the stuff i want. ive been wanting to get a metal bottle for water and when i spotted it i was excited — until i was told that those werent included. THENDONTPUT A SIGNTHATSAYSEVERYTHINGIS50PERCENTOFF. i hate that. not to mention its false advertising. better business bureau anyone? there is, though, lots of different kinds of items from which to choose. the best is to get gear at 50 percent off. now, keep your wits about you, because some gear will be mildly damaged(same with the clothes). i bought a pair of swimming goggles here and they work just fine. im sure its the case with most of the stuff. its all either damaged in some way(knicks and scratches usually) or just overstock. the problem with the clothes, is that its often XXL stuff. there wasnt one pair of socks that wasnt XXL. the staff too seem a bit, i dont know, demented. really only one of the two. the other seemed not to care too much, like she just spent the night before doing ecstasy and was just trying to find some joy in life today. the other guy won my affections by telling me that i could try on a pair of underwear i was interested in buying. um, excuse me, what? so im gonna put on some pair of unpackaged underwear that some other guys hoohaa has been dangling around in? not to mention the other side. is this what they do in europe? needless to say, ill pay the few bucks extra for the pair that hasnt graced somebody elses ass.
