DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
I bought a Groupon voucher and when I used it they charged me $ 30 more for wax application/​polishing. When I went back and checked waxing was supposed to be included. I complained to Groupon, and they were told that spray wax was included and paste way was extra. The suggested value was $ 150. There is no way that one would pay $ 150 for a wash, spray wax and interior vacuum.

I bought a coupon as others did. I’ve bought coupons for car detailing before and so far it had been a good experience.
1. I made appointment over internet as no one seemed to answer the phone
2. I got confirmation of my appointment
3. I arrive early and was taken in right away which is nice.
4. The ‘extra’ I got was a paste wax as when I asked what the difference was, I was told that the wash and wax is just wax mixed into the car wash. that’s not a wax to me.
5. He still took only 1 hour. Car was clean that was nicely done. But I’ve never had a paste wax take one hour. Needless to say when I feel the car I can tell it’s a crappy job for wax.
So for the price I paid plus extra 25 for an actual wax job. I would not return and could not recommend it to anyone else.
You could get the same just by going through the car wash and getting the spray on wax option. It’s the same thing.
Now I have to find another place to get my car waxed as this was not a proper wax job.

Pleasant. Great service.
1. Phoned the day before and was offered an appointment the next day.
2. Opted for the $ 5 extra RainX on the windshield but was not pressured to buy.
3. Took my car in right away.
4.Spent one hour cleaning it.
5. Was done by one person. Looked like he has been there for awhile and was experienced.
6. Car was clean. Interior looks brand new.
7.Pleasant. Friendly.
8. I would bring my car back there.

Spotted a wagjag deal online and decided to have my car detailed there. Here’s a summary
1. On WagJag they sell a lot of these so when you call for an appointment it will be two or three months in the future. Earlier if you are lucky.
2. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and had to wait an hour before they started working on my car.
3. Waiitng area is a dump where the receptionist, and everyone else who works there, is swearing up a storm.
4. It is a very basic «detail». Anything extra that you would automatically expect (e.g. shampoo carpets, wax) is an add-​on price. Bait and switch tactics
5. The «Detail» is basically a car wash and vacuum. I get this at my local car wash for $ 15 (no appointment, in and out in ten minutes max).
6. My car was «detailed» by three or four 15 year olds.
7. My dash was scratched. They claimed it was already there. Repair bill = you don’t even want to know.
As I mentioned I used a WagJag deal for this so perhaps they treat full-​price paying customers a bit differently (but I doubt it). In conclusion, don’t fall for this scam when it shows up on WagJag as it does every year.
