They have some nice cheap stuff here but they don’t update their stock on the internet so this location says they have items that they don’t actually have which is very annoying when you drive over to pick one up.

I’m so happy Factory Direct moved across the street to the west side of Kennedy; the east side was so hard to get to especially when traffic on Kennedy is horrible, not to mention that steep cliff.
I came here for the Black Friday sale, looking for the USB3.0 32GB advertised at $ 19.99. The employee manning the electronics area was kind enough to direct me to the cashier where the USBs are. The cashier, however, wasn’t very knowledgeable about the products and initially gave us the wrong USB (gave us the 2.0 that was also $ 19.99). We realized it just before we paid, and asked for the 3.0, in which she took about 30 seconds to find it.
I miss the Markham location, but this is the closest location for me for liquidation electronics.

Before you buy anything here check the merchandise, especially if it looks like the packaging has been tampered with. I recently bought an item that looked like it was taped up after being opened, but it was the last one so I decided to roll the dice. As luck would have it, half the stuff was missing from the box. Argh!
UPDATE: Revising from 1 to 3 stars. I went back and they exchanged the item without any hassles (thankfully there was another one after all).

I was able to find it easily, there was enough parking and they had exactly what I wanted, cheap!
This is really the best place to get As Seen on TV and other goofy, cheap stuff.
